Trellis Enterprise Dedicated eliminates the burden of platform management and enables fully isolated deployments. Each instance of Trellis Enterprise is highly available, with disaster recovery and data backups configured in your cloud. The backups are stored in the storage option of your choosing.

We offer multiple deployment options:

Kubernetes
Serverless containers orchestrated using Docker-Compose and Docker

We use Terraform at Trellis. Terraform enables multi-cloud compatibility with major providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP. We also support deploying infrastructure on private on-prem servers.

Our team manages each instance's daily maintenance and operations. Your organization's administrators are granted IAM roles to monitor the application while Trellis AI handles the entire infrastructure.

Audit and Observability

The Trellis Enterprise platform provides real-time access to comprehensive audit and system logs generated by the application. It also offers observability and analytics, including peak load times. We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or private data. Our platform only gathers and stores diagnostic information, which helps us ensure that users have the best-in-class experience on our platform.

Auto Scalability

Our entire infrastructure is set up to scale up and down automatically according to your demands. Your IT team can also override and manage the controls according to their preferences.

Access controls

Trellis Enterprise enforces strict access controls to AWS accounts, allowing access only to designated Trellis Enterprise team members and customer-appointed administrators. All Trellis Enterprise team members are granted minimal platform maintenance and operations permissions. This ensures that only authorized personnel can manage and interact with the account, thus protecting against unauthorized access. All other access is strictly restricted, upholding the highest standards of security and privacy for our customers.

Billing Metrics & Usage-based Pricing

Trellis Enterprise can also connect to your AWS Billing Management and set up usage alerts.

Trellis Enterprise provides complete visibility into your usage. If you have multiple teams, you can allocate monthly credits to each team, and team owners can track their usage.

Isolation

Trellis Enterprise is a single-tenant solution that offers infrastructure-level isolation for your environment. If you use our hosting, your environment is managed within a separate AWS account dedicated to you, ensuring that your data always stays within set boundary limits. This account contains only the infrastructure required to host the Trellis Enterprise application.

If you want to utilize your private cloud, the platform is hosted on a separate Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) (or Azure VNet), providing complete isolation and strict access restrictions.

New Features & Upgrades

The Trellis Enterprise team regularly upgrades your instance, incorporating the latest features and security releases during your preferred maintenance window. The team coordinates with your IT department to ensure the seamless release of new features and upgrades with minimal disruption to your current users. Additionally, all details regarding new features and upgrades are shared for your IT team to review and approve before the scheduled upgrade.
